    She recommended stretching exercises.
While at the chiropractor she noticed me stretching my arm.
She gave me other stretches to perform and used a sort of curved scraper to literally black and blue my forearm muscles.
It hurt like hell the next day but the actual pain was gone, just like that.
The bruising causes the muscle to heal quicker or something.
About four of those scrapes and I'm 90% pain free most days now as long as I do the stretches.

The stretches are arm straight out finger tips up (like telling someone to stop) for 30-60 seconds, finger tips down for 30-60 (like a fairy) and then make a fist and turn it down for 30-60.
    Three times a day.

I drive truck and it's constant shifting combined with splitting gears/hi-low side with my fingers and thumb.

I'm looking forward to issues from running a string trimmer.
I can't go more than 20 mins straight now without my arm tingling.

It's one of the reasons I use the cordless trimmer as often as I can. There's still some vibration from the spool head spinning, but no motor vibration in the back and way less vibration overall.
They make thick, padded gloves to help absorb vibration too but I haven't tried them.

Back when I was working a desk job doing design work, my wrists were bothering me from using the computer daily.
I had a Glock g27, .40S&W and I couldn't shoot more than 10 rounds before my wrists were screaming for me to stop.
    I sold it.
No more desk job, and a few years later my wrists are fine.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

I've been dealing with elbow and wrist pain since my motorcycle accident. Make a long story short both of my wrists went through reconstuctive surgery. I have multiple plates and screws in both hands and arms.

Elastic braces with metal inserts and velcro tension straps ease most of the pain on a daily basis. When it gets to bad well its off to the couch with some good Scotch.

Ok now tell us how you afford that level of practice. I have been slowly acquiring 460S&W and I know the 500 costs more. $30 for the cheap 460 and $70 for the good stuff and it's 20 per box. Maybe your reloading is killing your elbow. Or dragging the ammo around. My hat's off to you Sir.

That's another issue with me. About 15yrs ago I broke both wrists at the same time.
One was in a cast for a week or so, the other I wouldnt let the doc cast it (had to work).
Now every couple of years or so, the wrists go apeshit. I cant move them too good for a couple weeks,
so I take some aleave and grin and bare it.

Put a tourniquet on your wrist until hand is numb. It feels like whatever old girlfriend you want to fantasize it is.
