Re: PSP qualifications, Sig vs Glock?
OK thanks guys, yeah im just wondering because all the money we waste trillions of, I was sure the PSP would take advantage of that opportunity. Walther PDP, well its fairly new I think to have a track record, I don't care what trials they do. I dont actually believe the 9mm is king for ALL situations, Im gonna say their best bet is the glock 22 gen 5 mos, and save the money on trials and testing. Speaking of testing, I we want to get technical, a more effective round would be the 357 magnum in the smith and wesson r8 revolver, especially if they all have rifles and shotguns available, but that's just my opinion.

.40 is dying.
PSP supposedly wanted HKs over the Sigs, but parts availability wasn't guaranteed. I feel like Walther would have the same issue.

Re: PSP qualifications, Sig vs Glock?
People have been saying that about .40 for the past 15 years, and the same thing about .45 for over 20 years. And yet, they're still here and every major manufacturer still offer guns from their main line in both calibers. And there are millions of guns already on the market in those calibers, so it makes no sense to stop offering ammo to feed those guns. It's too much of a cash cow.
