    Default RL550B MEASUREMENTS PLEASE

I am looking in to an RL550B with the strong mount. I need to know the foot print of the SM and if 46" from the top of the bench is enough room to dump the primer tubes and install the primer follower without issue. thanks in advance.

Casefeeder or no casefeeder. That's where he height really comes in.

You need 39" from the top of the bench to dump a primer pickup tube into the primer magazine tube. The top of the primer magazine tube is 26" from the bench (with the SM). The Primer pickup tube needs 13" space to clear. So, 46" is plenty of space from the top of the bench.

The actual dimensions of the strong mount are 12 1/2" wide, 10" deep, and 8 1/2 high (where it bolts onto the press).

You're welcome! You will be happy with the 550B. I've used one for about 4 years (which is a blink of the eye for many reloaders) and have reloaded many thousands of rounds of .38, .357, 9mm, .223, and .308. During the last ammo drought I always had plenty of cheap ammo that shoots well in my guns.
