Re: VP-9
Yep. Have one, love it.
Just beautiful trigger. Big enough to not kick overmuch. Very happy with the sights (I have the 'pro' model with the tritium sights, but the standard ones seemed fine too). Shoots really accurate. Have shot many hundreds of rounds from premium (my defensive rounds) to cheap stuff (mostly) with never a single fail. Has a rail on which I mount a laser and just kill them zombies dead. All-around top tier pistol. Plenty of comparison/review vids on youtube and about 95% thumbs-up there (I agree).
Subjectively... it just feels really good in the hand. I LOVE the fact that the backstrap AND side panels are all changeable between s, m and l (I have large hands with average-length fingers, so shoot with m side panels, but L backstrap) and the gun just feels "like butta" in the hand.
My only complaint is a little big to CC well. But that's true of many 'mid size' pistols, no fault of the firearm.
$449 is a helluva price for it. I say jump.

Re: VP-9
Good ergos, good trigger...better than Glock
A little more complexity with parts and not the most easy to carry but...I still wouldn't part with mine.

Re: VP-9
Well, I just too the bait and ordered one. Just couldn't keep my finger off of the mouse button. I told my wife I might have to sell my Ruger SR9. She said "no I like that gun, I'll buy it from you". Somehow I don't think I'll ever see the money.

Re: VP-9
I have one new in the box I had to have it thought I'd use it for work but ended up buying the FNH FNS-9 and I use that felt better to me and the sights fit me better on the fn. The hk is quality and I wish I'd have paid $449. I'd say the price is right buy with confidence
Have you called, faxed, or emailed your reps today!!!

Re: VP-9
A guy at work won one at a gun bash. He brought it in to show me hinting around he might like to sell it. It seems like a nice gun, brand new never fired, in the box. Extra mags, grip panels ect. ect. I don't need another 9 but it sure is tempting. Let's see.....$449 new, 400 used sounds fair.

Son carries one..he likes it. I shot it and like it..easier to field strip than my Glock but bigger. I'll keep the little Glock.
