Last time I used Ron for a transfer was about a year ago so it's possible my info is outdated. Maybe he switched service providers? What email address are you using? I have ColePrecisionArms@Verizon.net.
An alternative in case he did retire is the Bunker Gun Shop on York Road, right around the corner from Ron. They charge $20 for private and internet transfers.
It's always been a pleasure doing business with Ron. I hope this turns out to be just a simple technology issue or retirement, and not something like illness or worse.
