Looking for a buttstock for Cresent/Knickerbocker
I am looking to get a buttstock for an old American Gun Co./ Knickerbocker 12ga. or at least one I can modify to fit to the gun.
Since this shotgun isn't a high value collectible, I'd prefer not to spend a bunch of money for full reproduction furniture, just something to allow it to look complete and shot safely.
This is someone else's gun and what it looks like before he restored it.

Before you shoot it make sure it is not a laminated or damascus barrel. If it is you can shoot it but you want to use very light loads. I am restoring one right now that is about 105 years old. It will be a wall hanger when I'm done.
