Well, he can't really do it himself

He could issue an EO, but those are pretty weak. They can be overruled by SCOTUS (they did so to some of Obama's) and can certainly be "un-ordered" by the next President (and I'm pretty sure we'll not have Republican presidents forever...)

He could promote legislation, which is stronger and requires legislation to "reverse". But SCOTUS could still kibosh that.

#1 goal, as with nearly everything about Trump... Install constitutionalists on the SCOTUS: Justices who will operate from Constitutionalism, properly respect precedent, and not 'change horses' once on the court.. because they have a moral/logical basis in the Constitution. Also, younger is better. Let's have some nice LONG runs on the bench, eh?

And here's hoping RBG finally gives it up and retires. (yeah right).
