Default Cali, Nevada, Wash State pass ever stricter gun laws

I don't know how the minority of Americans can continue voluntarily living in these Soviet satellites...
California, Washington and Nevada all approved stricter gun laws, from banning certain ammunition sales to requiring background checks on private gun sales. Maine shot down an attempt to require background checks on private purchases.

The California measure makes it illegal to possess ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. It also requires background checks for anyone purchasing ammunition and lays out a process by which convicted felons’ firearms are seized.

    Lt Gov Newsom:

“It was a repudiation of the National Rifle Assn. and the gun lobby. They lost badly,” California Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom told the Los Angeles Times. “It’s a very important initiative because I think it’s the beginning of a national debate on relinquishment and ammunition background checks that will I think will have a very significant impact on reducing gun violence in this country.”

Background checks to purchase ammunition... what better way to start the next round of black market sales. Why sell meth and heroin when one can sell ammo? Imagine all the ammo stores that could pop up along the Arizona border!

And you'll see Kalifornia pressure Arizona to implement a similar law or force Arizona retailers to not sell ammo to Kalifornia residents. Because you know that criminals who can will buy their ammo in Arizona and Arizona will then be the reason that Kalifornia's gun related crime rate is so high - just like PA is blamed for all of the guns turn up in PRNJ - our "laxed" gun laws

This is troublesome and we should be concerned about this scheme coming to PA. The gun control groups found a method to push their agenda that appears to work. They are using voter initiatives that usually start with extended background checks because it’s easy to sugar coat causing them to manipulate people that are moderate on the gun issues including fudds to vote for their gun control scheme when they go to the voting booth. If you look at CA their initiatives already progressed to magazine limitations and background checks for ammo. It overwhelmingly passed in the people’s republic of CA giving the gun control fanatics more confidence that this tactic will work in other states.

I hope the NRA and other pro-gun groups have a strategy to neutralize this and prevent it from spreading; especially here in PA. For those of you think we have a strong pro-gun voter representation in PA and such initiatives will never pass here, I have a question for you; explain Shapiro’s victory.
