    Default .204 Ruger reload needed

Hi Gals & Guys: Start with GIVENS

    Groundhog Hunter Only
    Firearm--Sb2-2T0 Single shot H&R (NEF) , 24" Bull--Trigger lightened to 2.8lbs.
    Scopes run from 4-12, 6-18, 6-24, 10-40X50---I like 6-24 X42 best
This rifle loves FACTORY Hornady 32 grain V-Max Varmint Express
I have videos on Hunting groundhogs (PAFOA) with the Hornady's that give a good idea of accuracy.

Short video on the above--200 yd groups

NOW: I intend to do much more target shooting and the Hornady's exceed a BUCK a pop. Now on with next NOW !

I never gave the .204 a fair try reloading. Powders 4064, 4350, etc ----Looking for ideas on loads with the tried / true powders, if possible

    I will neck size only.
    I will stay with the 32gr. V-Max

I will not NOT, redline a load

All of the calibers I have loaded in the past, have been accuracy driven. Even for my friends. They wanted heated up, they got a bit cooled down and never knew it. Never cooled to create breech problems. All of them got their fair share of deer with accuracy loads. Thanks for your help, fossil
