Re: Logan's Ferry Gun Club
Looks like a decent club (but small) that I've had my eye on for the past two years. They made some recent improvements.

Not a member, but I have been there multiple times for hunter safety courses, NRA courses, etc. I have been impressed by the guys that I have dealt with there.

Re: Logan's Ferry Gun Club
Do any of you know any members? To join, you need a member to sponsor you and their membership number for the application

Go here: http://www.logansferrysportsmens.com/ and look under "activities". It lists who runs the activity and their phone number. Maybe one of those people can help you out.

Re: Logan's Ferry Gun Club
I'm also interested in this club. I work with someone who is a member there and he hasn't been available to get me into a meeting yet, but he says it's nice there. I'm a bit confused with the sponsor system, anyhow. If people are willing to pay, volunteer, and are willing to learn to shoot properly and safely, I would see that to be an advantage to any club. In lots of municipalities, it's illegal to discharge a firearm and not everyone owns private land in rural parts of the state, so why be forced to sell your stuff because you can't shoot it? Not to mention that there should be no point in driving hours to other clubs when there are good ones nearby.

Re: Logan's Ferry Gun Club
I've been to the site and have watched the video tour. Only live about 15 minutes from the Club.

Re: Logan's Ferry Gun Club
I had looked into this club some 10 or 12 years ago. I live in between it and PMSC. They both seemed nice. The thing that turned me from Logans was that they were real big on Cowboy Action Shooting. That was something I was not into and everything else at the club shut down on CAS events which could be a whole weekend or more.
