“Al” Capone is dead so it is OK to repeal the NFA.

I do not do any NFA items for specific reasons so maybe I am missing something here if so please fill me in.
As long as you file the proper forms, and have the item stored in a container that only the registered owner has access to, ie: the host has no key, it is legal.

There are no mag restrrictions in PA. Silencers and AOWs can cross state lines without ATF notification. I think you live in Jersey since you are moving all your good stuff to PA. Your "dual residency" is probably some funny business. Leasing a room in NC from a friend for $1 a month, perhaps? You said it's with someone that can't access it. That does not sound like your house.

No idea what your "registered receiver is." Short barrels/overall length are treated the same as handguns in PA for the most part. Can't have one in the car unless going to and from range unless you have carry oermit from any state. Concealment would require a non-res permit that PA honors. Note: An SBR is NOT an SBR if it does not have a short barrel on it. It is a regular Title I firearm. Matters not the engraving on the side or the ATF tax stamp and registration.

Good luck with your creepy plans of saying you live where you don't and setting up Stack-ons all over the Eastern Seaboard, Mr. Bourne.
