ACT 120 question, NEED HELP ASAP.

OK so I live in East Stroudsburg. I want to enroll in an ACT 120 course, but I am having a little trouble figuring out what option is best for me considering where i live. Does anyone know the closest school that is to East Stroudsburg/Stroudsburg area? I didn't see any located in Monroe county. Any information you guys have on this is greatly appreciated. thanks.

thanks for that. I think the closest to me would be allentown which is still 40 to 50 minutes away. I would be taking 33, which sucks.. there is always massive traffic in that direction for commuting.

I'm sure the answer is obvious but I'll ask anyway... Why do you want to enroll in an Act 120 course? Are you pursuing a career in law enforcement? Have you tried applying to departments that will send you through the course on their dime?

It isn't a cheap course when paying out of pocket and it is not a guarantee you'll get hired. If you score high enough on the application processes to be considered for law enforcement employment you'll get hired.

Depends on the hiring agency. Some departments want the new hire to already have it to save money.
