Default I want to convert my traditions Flintlock to a percussion

Does anyone know if they make a kit that can turn a Traditions Flintlock into a percussion model. I would think this would be a simpler job then percussion to Flintlock. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a kit?

No kit, but it could be done. Probably not worth the cost to do so. I assume you want to hunt both seasons with the same rifle?

Replacing the lock mechanism would be easy enough.
The tricky part would be the nipple for the percussion cap. That is part of the barrel. I suppose you could have the touch hole drilled out and threaded to screw in a nipple but it would be aligned in the wrong direction for a hammer. The hammer is gong to be parallel to the barrel but the touch hole is horizontal to the barrel.

I've been doing a bit of research cheaper just to get an inline I guess.

The touch hole is already threaded for a touch hole liner. The old time conversions I've seen have a cylinder screwed into the touch hole and a nipple coming out of the side of a cylinder to face the hammer. But I don't know if the touch hole threads would be strong enough for this or I would have to drill and rethread making the process irreversible.

I was kinda hoping someone made a kit with a lock and a cylinder that would screw into the touch-hole ideally the new lock would have some sort of support for the cylinder where the flash pan used to be. Apparently I need to design one LOL

    Great... Now I want one.
I don't understand what he did in the breach, does the hammer come up and hit the percussion cap directly placed inside the barrel? If so how did he get his barrel to come that far back into the upper?
Because Failure Is Not An Option
