Lubricant, Weapon semi-fluid High Load carrying Capacity
MIL-L-46150
So I found a tube of this, I've not gotten around to using it. The name implies it's use on a weapon, which I assume is intended for a heavy machine gun. All I could fine was tech specs, which I can not translate into useful information (slip coefficients, temperature stability, gouge protection).
Was wondering if anyone was familiar with it, and could provide use guidance. I assume it is not intended to be use as a cleaner (IE CLP) just a lube."Cives Arma Ferant"

You can download the specs here. Quickly looking thru it the lube is 25% Teflon and is approved for use in 7.62 Gau-2 b/A machine guns (electric Minigun). It needs to work from -30 to 250 degrees shooting 100 round bursts at 6000 rounds a minute.
Sounds like a great lube.
