I couldn't find anything on the Doubletree in Tampa but all the ones in Texas ban guns.
Firearms Policy
Pursuant to Section 30.06, Penal Code (Trespass by License Holder with a Concealed Handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (Handgun Licensing Law), may not enter this property with a concealed handgun.
Pursuant to Section 30.07, Penal Code (Trespass by License Holder with an Openly Carried Handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (Handgun Licensing Law), may not enter this property with a handgun that is carried openly.

I'll be attending the conference. It will be my first time.
I won't be staying at the Doubletree though. If anyone else is attending, feel free to PM me. I've been in contact with a member of a FB group that's a Tampa resident about possibly doing a range trip sometime that weekend.
