population of PA is 12.79 Million

    % under 21? Maybe 15% Maybe 10%? Lets call it 10%

So there are 11.5 million Pennsylvanians that could obtain a LTCF.
Knock of 500,000 for felons and nutjobs and people with misdemeanor offenses that could have 2 year sentence or more.

We're looking at 10% of the eligible population that has a LTCF.

    Not too shabby!!!

You're welcome. Was a little delayed this year - PSP published their data today (month late).
