WWII Military Rifle Shoot July 31 Pine Grove, Schuylkill County

The Tulpehocken Rifle & Pistol Club will hold a WWII Military rifle shoot at our Berger Road range on Sunday July 31.
Registration starts at noon. Match starts at 1PM...WEATHER PERMITTING...
200 yd range. All shooter will take their turn pulling targets in the pits.
5 sighters Match will either be 30 rounds or 50 rounds depending on the consensus of the shooters.

Bring your garand, carbine, mauser, K-31, mosin, etc
I will probably shoot my 1903A3.

Berger Road is approximately 1 mile east of Pine Grove off of Rt. 443
After you turn on to Berger road, entrance to the range is about 3/10 mile on the right.

We only had six shooters at the meet this afternoon. I'm sure the threat of bad weather was a deterrence. The weather was overcast at noon, but we had no rain or lightning and by the end of the shoot, it was partly cloudy, but humid.

Ahhh, something I'd like to do. Maybe next time I'll see the event announcement and thread in time to get a couple of my like minded WW 2 shooter/collector friends together to make the trek.

Hope to see you next year. We had 3 garands a M1 carbine, 1 enfield, and my 1903A3
