Default FN Semi Auto SAW 249

Saw the FNH 249 Semi auto at Claytons today, super cool weapon but way out of my budget at 8 grand. If I hit the lottery maybe but I was never interested in semi auto belt fed rifles. I'm sure it would attract a lot of attention at the range.

The military arms channel just did a review of one. They made quite a few changes to the semi version vs the automatic version.

Can I fit a Bump Fire stock to it? That would have my interest.

No it operates nothing like an AR15 so a standard bump fire would not work.

Word is they only made a limited run most likely because they are charging $8k for them. As stated above the MAC released a review earlier this week but I felt he made way more big of a deal out of this especially when he has used the real thing. If I were to bother getting into the belt fed world it would be an RPD for less then $2k, looks cooler (in my opinion) and runs on the cheap stuff.

    I'd rather have a semi FG-42 . I contemplated the semi M249 awhile back but ... $8K for a .223 , NOPE
