Still can't carry legally in the campgrounds where one would want to have a firearm overnight.

We had to go back to court on that. We won again and you may carry in a campground but not a youth camp unless you have a carry concealed license. If licensed you may carry everywhere. The confusion is that the ban on buildings, campgrounds etc was for open carry. That was overturned in the second lawsuit. Before we took this to court you could not even have any firearm even unloaded in the trunk under lock and key. Judges laughed at the state officials saying they needed this to guard against two hikers shooting each other on a trail. Judges pointed out that anyone can legally open carry in downtown Wilmington or on the boardwalk at Rehoboth.
Right of citizens to bear arms ...shall not be questioned.
