I shoott a ton of steel cased ammunition but I always stay away from Tula. It's typically pure crap and J&G always has retardedly high shipping prices.
For $10.00 more your getting a better and cleaner round. AIM will have cheaper shipping too.

Target sports USA and SG Ammo both have plenty of Brass cases 9mm options for less then $220.00 shipped. Walmart is once again carrying Perfecta ammunition and the 9mm is under $10.00 a box and is better then it's Remington and WWB counterparts witch both happen to be buyer buy several dollars a box.

Re: For plinkers, r these any good?
I didn't check the shipping on what you listed but in my experience modern semi autos, especially the variety that is half polymer, eat up steel cased ammo and perform well at self defense distances. Some is dirtier than others but I don't notice a big quality drop off (squibs, fte, ftf, etc). I wouldn't make it my carry round but I've never had an issue when punching holes in paper on a Saturday. Ymmv.

its good enough for those range trips where you lose brass, slightly underpowered and dirty. centerfire has it for 169 shipped http://www.centerfiresystems.com/AM9M105.aspx

If you like the inside of your gun after 500 rounds to look like it's been covered in coal tar and enjoy knocking the odd squib out of your barrel every so often, have fun.
These days online for $200 you can get quality brass cased ammo. That's my preference but I understand why people buy the russian crap.
