King Shooter Supply is a great place I would recommend for buying ammo. They actually do pistol caliber reloading onsite and their costs are very reasonable and lower than factory ammo.

As far as shooting ranges I don't personally know anything near Malvern, but I shoot at Target World in Chalfont quite often.
