I now live out of state, both my older brothers have pasted away and I want to give their grandson's the guns. Both grandson's are late 20's and have sons of their own that could be using the 22's.

Do I need to ship it to a FFL? or can I take them back and hand them over to the Grand sons? Is there a way to ship them to an adult family member?

Due to their age neither gun has been registered and would still be in PA if I had not been transferred out west for work.

    Thanks
Not sure how much you know about guns so i will ask........

    ARE THEY FULL-AUTO BY CHANCE?

If so they could by worth BIG MONEY!
People always ask me why i never smile.
I TELL THEM IT'S BECAUSE MY CORPSE IS STILL BREATHING AND THEY DON'T FUCKING GET IT!

Just because a CA resident is physically in PA does not make him/her a PA resident. Interstate transfers still require NICS.

    IANAL

The OP would more than likely get away with doing this. However, since he is no longer a PA resident such a transfer would be ILLEGAL...even with long guns. Such a "no paperwork" transfer of long guns would only be legal if both parties to the transaction are PA residents at the time of the transfer.
