One issue does not make a business a bad one, If what you say actually happened then there would be a pattern of previous and current issues, where are those? until they surface if they exist this is a simple case of butt hurt that can and will happen in everyone's life.

Im not that gun savy so when I filled out pics/nics I didn't look prior and didn't know until next morning when I looked over the gun.

Then you have your answer right there, become "Gun Savy" before you purchase. Life teaches everyone lessons, the key is to learn from them and not repeat mistakes.

Also it was late at night when I took delivery. Mark came and opened up store as I couldn't get there until 9pm. We were both tired, so I never looked over the gun nor did Mark show me any details. So when i filled out nics, piccs, i didn't know what I was taking until after the sale and noticed the mistake next morning.

So it's nobody's fault but yours for not educating yourself PRIOR to purchase. I can't tell you how many transactions I've had at Mark's store. And I have NEVER been disappointed with the service there. But then again I took the time to learn before I just went in there and said "gimme that one"
