BP pistol from Cabela's

Dose Cabela's have a new policy for shipping Black powder Revolvers. I wanted to buy one , but had a question about the gun I wanted, so called and taking to someone at Cabela's on the phone, I was told Cabela's would only ship BP Revolvers to one of their Stores. Was he wrong, I ordered one from them back in the 90s, And had it shipped UPS to my Door?

Black Powder firearms (which are not ATF regulated) may be purchased online or over the phone and shipped to a customer's home, provided there are no state regulations requiring additional steps, or preventing the shipment from occurring.

I think the person you talked to was incorrect according to this.

I'd try ordering it online and see if it lets you, which it should.
Actually after reading your post I may order one of those 1851 Confederate Navy pistols for $180 if they have them in stock Saturday.
