Default Fetterman for Senate -- NOT

On a interview on Channel 4 in Pittsburgh he is talking about 'Common Sense' gun laws.

    About 1:40 in.

"IF YOU SELL ME YOUR CAR WE HAVE TO MEET IN FRONT OF AN OFFICIAL, YOU HAVE TO SHOW INSURANCE, I HAVE TO SHOW INSURANCE, I HAVE TO SHOW A LICENSE, YOU HAVE TO SHOW YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE, JUST TO TRANSACT A CAR THE BUT I COULD SELL YOU A HANDGUN AND NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOU, NOT KNOW THAT YOU COULD HAVE WARRANTS OUT FOR YOUR ARREST OR HAVE A HISTORY OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO WITH IT. OF FORMS THAT WE HAVE IN COUNTRY NEED TO ENACT AND WE HAVEN'T SIMPLY BECAUSE THE NRA HAS THEIR REPUBLICAN PARTY ON LOCKDOWN."

    Uh, Hey Fetterman - not without breaking the law. Ever heard of 18 PA § 6111(c), (f)(1), (2) & (g) ?

Edit: Don't get me wrong, I give the man credit for working to revitalize Braddock and his work in the community but come on - lay off the gun control BS.

Based on his knowledge of selling a car, I would have to wonder about anything he has to say.
