Default SSSHHHH! Super Quiet Sub-Sonic Load

I shot 5 through the Chrono and shot 5 for groups at 50 yards. Super Quite and dead on accurate @ 50. If you are shooting 300 Blk and can get your hands on Trail Boss, this is the best load I have found out of my single shot H&R.

You're loosing energy with the low speed. To compensate, go with a heavier bullet to regain some of the lost energy. Don't worry about keyholes should the longer/heavier bullets get unstable in flight. While a tumble will send a super sonic bullet off to nobody-fucking-knows, subsonic bullets tend to fly pretty much where you want them to regardless of how unstable the bullet gets during flight.

Nate, these are being shot out of a Single Shot H&R Handi Rifle. These loads would not cycle in an AR. I have loaded as light as 90 grain Hornady XTP 30 Cal bullets but still need to experiment to get the load correct for the 90 grainers. I also load up the 208 grain Amax and the 220 Grain Sierras with A1680, IMR 4198, I have IMR 4227 but have not tried it with heavy subs yet.
