Dillon small primer pick up tubes
Hello all,
New guy, former lurker here.
I would like to know if anyone knows where I can obtain some Dillon small pick-up tubes near Downingtown PA, 19335.
New, used, whatever. I am a recent and temporary transplant, and apparently left my box of parts with the tubes behind, which is a drag because I had quite a few spare parts.
Anyway, if anyone knows of dealer near Downingtown, that would be great. Heck, if anyone in the vicinity has some used ones they want to part with, that would be great, too.
Thanks,
Zee

Psssh.... Back in my day, we used to drop the primers down the tube one at a time with a tweezer. This generation is just plain lazy

Re: Dillon small primer pick up tubes
Don, I have factory ammo I could shoot, just don't want to burn up factory ammo. I do have a lot of clean brass and some Ranier bullets I bought quite back when they were cheap. Right now while I am in these parts, I have time to kill at night, so I don't really mind if loading the primer magazine in the 550 is a bit tedious. As it happens, I have an opportunity tomorrow to get the tubes picked up, so the problem is solved. Thanks for the suggestions.

Re: Dillon small primer pick up tubes
The first time I loaded primers into my RL550B I figured meh, I don't need to use the pin. I just closed off the end with my finger, got close to the tube and used the old tilt and release finger technique. After spending an hour cleaning out the system to get rid of some flipped primers I learned my lesson.
