where did the lowers go?

After being unsatisfied with the finish of a certain pony lower I looked for stripped lower 2 months ago. Found S&W stripped lower. Perfect machining and finish. Went to go get another and gone. (Bought the last from impact) where are they. What happened that I don't know about. It's always been in low stock but for a month it's been not available. Where else do you guys source mp15 stripped lowers?

I didn't think M&P15 stripped lowers were very common to begin with. With Anderson's price attraction for many people these days, several distributors/FFLs are getting in on the easy sale on those. Next is Aero Precision and PSA. After that is Spikes. If you must have a S&W lower, I'd bet it will get trickier as they would most likely prefer to make their nut on complete rifles, especially with the Sport II that is popping up in more places.

The above is strictly my opinion and observations. With the way the Primaries are going, who knows what kind of panic buying could take place later this year. Some? A ton? None? No clue. Maybe all lowers will be scarce or with the flooding now, there will be no issues.

With the price of those S&W lowers I might strip down my M&P rifle, sell the lower and buy 2 PSA lowers to replace it.

Is there a reason it has to be MP15?
