Technically have that with the 22 conversion for the 226.
My carry pistol will most likely be the walther ppq I have until I have the cash to purchase the p239 I've been eyeing up.

They may be few in quantity but the quality is something to speak about. I have a Sigg 226 Navy before they turned that into the mark 25. I have a legitimate question though about that. Is the barcode thing a sticker or is it etched into the gun itself? I know the allure of that is supposedly a military thing but I sure never came across anything like that when I was in the Navy back in 86-92. We still had 1911s though. I'm not knocking it in anyway just curious. Brian

It's a sticker. I got it because my father was in the navy, retired in 99, he was considering volunteering for going through with training to become a seal, but then my parents had me and he didn't go through with it. It's more of a remembrance thing for me, and what he gave up to serve his country. As a pistol, it's fantastic, accurate as a laser and very reliable

Mine is one of my most accurate pistols as well followed closely by my 228. When I ordered the 226 Navy the guy at the shop asked me if I was planning to store it on a boat or something. I rolled up my sleeve showing a military tatoo and then he understood why I was willing to pay more for an anchor engraving.

Well, thank you for your service. And yea the p226 navy is quite a collector's item. Many people on sigtalk want to get their hands on one. It's right up there with the German made sigs.

Sigs fde scheme looks nicer than most. And when I went to buy my first ar, my ffl had a 516 in stock with fde as well. Figured it'd be good to keep them as a pair.
