That's been cleared up in another thread. It's not really "closed" - they just need to get some people to fill the membership positions in order to process things. It's a temporary thing.

I saw and absorbed the "for now" in your first post. The problem was that it was lacking in information and caused alarm amongst those concerned. I wanted to put those individuals to ease by informing them why it was closed and that it was only until they found someone to take up processing memberships again.
Many interpreted your post as PMSC not accepting any new members for god knows why or for how long.
