Gun shop at higher ground tactical is gone?

Hi guys, My parents bought a pistol from Higher Ground Tactical. They went there this week & saw the gun sales there on Wed & Friday he was gone. Any word whats going on or if they would need work done, want parts or how to contact the guy? I think they were called Sentinel Firearms?

When I drove by the other day, I did notice a real estate sign at the entrance, I hope that is not related. Nothing on the web site or Facebook pages. That is a very nice facility, Will have to stop in next time I am by. Did you try calling them?

If there is a real estate sign at the entrance, that must mean that the range is going to be gone as well. Other than a gun shop, I can't see too many other businesses want to share the place with a gun range.

I was just talking with the guys at my shop in Emmaus, I guess there was a falling out. They now sell their reloads (which I hear good things about) at Defcon-1

The gunshop was leasing the space from Higher Ground.

Why does it seem that the Government is attempting to kill every small Business in America? What small Business can pay that type of fine and survive?

This stuff really pisses me off. If OSHA is so concerned about the health of the Employee, then they should educate the employer, not slam them with crushing fines! Then after informing the employer that violations need correcting, a reasonable time given to fix the problems.

I wonder if OSHA came due to a complaint or if this was a compliance check.

My understanding is that the guy who ran the gunshop filed the complaint with OSHA against the range owner to "get back" at him. As to the reasons why they had a falling out ... I haven't a clue.
