Default Need help from you kydex holster makers

I just picked up a Kydex on the waist holster for a Glock 27. It's molded at the end of the muzzle and wraps around it about a quarter inch on all sides. I would like to open it up so I could use the same holster for my model 19 and 17. Is there a way to do it without cutting off material? Can I heat it and bend it out word without risking losing the mold of the pistol? As always any suggestions are greatly appreciated, Brian.

Slowly heat the area you want to remold with a heat gun or blow dryer (if you have one that get's that hot) and remold it. For a better finished product find a wooden dowel that is the same height as your front sight and tape it to the top of the slide then insert the pistol while heating the area and reshape it around the top of the dowel.
