I think what did him in was his total disregard for the person he shot. His first call was to his union rep, not EMS. He didn't provide aid, he was more interested in trying to cover his ass. He got what he deserved.

The guilty mind was not there tho, I know the guilty act was. By the way the stairway lights were out, the kid's a rookie placed in the highest crime projects of Brooklyn. A place where gang bangers are seen daily. It's like...if someone backing out their drive way and 2 little kids run across, you accidently hit and kill them, should the driver do years in prison for that?

An Asian American cop who accidently discharged his Glock 19 in one of the worse housing projects of Brooklyn faces 15 years. He was convicted yesterday by a jury.
