    Default GT5000 Grip Tape

This stuff is outstanding. I've been using it for a few years on my 930 handguard, knives and now parts of my AR. It's slim so it doesn't add bulk, the adhesive has held up for a couple years on a 12 gauge shotgun and it's cheap! It's got the rubber feel of a Hogue grip but with a more aggressive texture. The Glocks completely covered in this stuff on the website are pretty horrific looking but a great product nonetheless!

Excellent reviews on amazon as well but cheaper to buy directly from their website

Nice. Looks like it takes to curves well and doesn't look bad at all.

Have you had to replace any? Just wondering how difficult it is to remove the old glue, so you can put down a new strip.

That stuff could be the solution I am looking for to make using my hedge trimmers safer to use. Put it on the front grip for a more secure hold.

Looks great for the grip. Amazon shows a picture where someone applied it to the slide of a Glock. I'd be afraid it would be tough to draw from the holster with it on the sides of the slide.

I put a few pieces of it on the buffer tube of my AR to eliminate some of the wobble. It's really slim but if your holster is really tight then it may not work out.

The only pieces that I've ever had to replace were the strips on the backstrap of my pump shotgun stocks under my thumb. Just pumps, my 930 auto has stayed on fine. You just peel it off if you want to move it. No residue.

This popped up in an Email ad from Amazon and I thought I'd share.

    Gear Gripz

    (parent company website)

Comes in three pre-cut patterns - round "dime-size", honeycomb, and "tread pattern".
    Black, grey, and translucent.

It doesn't say, but it looks like the same stuff. Maybe they just contract to buy it and custom cut it? Or it's a different product entirely - not sure.
    Looks handy though.
