    Default does the "new" sherriff sign off on nfa forms?

    apparently the signatures need to be a year old or less.
    it's only metal, we can out think it....

    I think BATFE has made a new ruling that the CLEO no longer has to sign, they just have to be notified. You might want to check with your local Class 3 dealer
