This story was reported a couple weeks ago but it was kind of covered up in the bustle of the holidays so I thought I would remind everyone of what the anti-gun movement is really trying to do here.

State lawmakers from Brooklyn announced new legislation a couple weeks ago that would limit ammunition sales to twice the capacity of a gun every 90 days. And with New York’s other laws saying a gun cannot hold more than 10 rounds, this would mean 20 rounds per gun.

Good luck getting some time in at the range with 20 bullets in your magazines.

It is twice the capacity of your firearm every 90 days.

So guys with a revolver get screwed - 12 rounds every 90 days or 48 rounds a year. NY SAFE Act-compliant magazines are 20 rounds every 90 days, or 80 rounds a year. And I suppose if you got a grandfathered magazine...like a Surefire 100-round magazine...well...200 rounds every 90 days?
What if you have several firearms?

I guess my family in NY will be asking me to become ammo mule. Do these officals have to take a horse shit test to become a politician?

Next they'll have a follow up to make reloading ammunition illegal. Maybe someone can spin it and say its good for the environment?
