Unbelievably Stupid Movies

I want to throw up every time I see another dumbass movie like this heap of shit ride along. Apparently, they're those kind of special cops that just walk around getting into gun fights and of course, there's dual wielding, there are people shooting every which direction with no regard for what they hit and it's supposed to be funny. One guy picks up the other after he was shot, realizes he's wearing a vest and holds him in front of him while they get shot at. Clearly, everyone survives and people with the brain of a lizard will laugh at it. Was this script written by a class of dumb first graders who couldn't be trusted to fingerpaint? Who the fuck watches this shit? Why do they keep making these fucking movies? Is the idea to lighten the mood around guns by making movies where people treat them like toys and do incredibly irresponsible things? OR ... are they all hypocrites who make movies playing with guns but talk about how we have to stop the violence? If I believed in humanity to begin with, I would have lost hope when I saw this preview and realized that someone wrote this script, handed it off to people who read it and thought it was good enough to be a movie, they then funded this shit, filmed it and paid who knows how much to advertise during NFL football games. This is just the most recent such film. There's a handful every year. What other horrifyingly stupid films have you seen previews for?

I'm beginning to hold all the federal cop shows in contempt. Notice that at 19 -20-21 minutes to the hour the viewer finds out whodunit and then watch the machinations of capture...culminating in 4 minutes of good guys and bad guy(s) pointing their firearms at each other as each does the cock of the walk act. Of course, good guy(s) wind up the victors. And then....to add insult....the bad guy mouths off how the dead guy deserved it, thus confessing to the crime.

Hate to be the one to break this to you... but all movies aren't shooting for realism. Look up "fantasy" some time. And worse, I think you are talking specifically about a cop comedy. Bad Boys remake maybe? You expected realism why?
