Let's just hope that Texas doesn't get so smothered with undocumented Democrats who eventually get to vote that it changes the political landscape there. Obama could send 100K Syrian refugees there with the requirement that they must vote as soon as eligible. And, of course, we know the borders are secure.

Funny thing is a lot of Texans and southerners are still stuck in the civil war era and blaming their current problems on it.

For instance on other forums there are several members from Texas and some from the South whom still blame the civil war for a lot of their problems. This includes open carry in Texas.

Laws against open or concealed carry of handguns, for example. These were often targeted at blacks to prevent them from defending themselves with the intention that whites were less likely to be prosecuted.
