Default questions re AR-15 pistol laws

If you touch the buffer tube to your shoulder while aiming and firing, are you in violation of any law?

If you have a bipod on the front of an AR-15 pistol, and shoot it from a bench (or any supported manner) are you in violation:

A- touching buffer tube to shoulder

B- Not touching buffer tube to shoulder

I shot my 30-30 lever gun with one hand and now I have to have it transferred to myself to stay legal because it's now considered a handgun.

Not really, but it isn't any more asinine.

IMO shoot how you want, I wouldnt use bipods as a forward grip with others around tho. there is no law as of now against bipods on a pistol.

A combo forward grip/push-button bipod would be illegal. That's what got me thinking about an actual bipod turning a pistol into a rifle. The laws are nuts and f'd up, and I got to wondering...

You know nobody ever asks about a forward horizontal grip, like grabbing a sten mag.
