Virginia to stop honoring out of state concealed carry permits on Feb 1, 2016
Virginia's Attorney General has decided to end reciprocity with 25 states, including Pennsylvania, starting Feb. 1st. Claims it is because other states have lower standards for issuing permits. Utah will still be recognized.

Local gun rights group, VCDL, looking at what they can do to challenge this recent action. They are also supporting a bill that will be introduced to the state legislature that will honor all out of state permits. FYI, open carry is legal in Virginia.
