Meet my little brother. A brother who lives behind the iron curtain in NJ. A brother who until recent events thought only the police should have guns, other than hunting rifles. (I showed him in person the only difference between an AR and a hunting rifle is the look and in a lot of case the hunting rifle uses a more powerful round). A brother I haven't talked with much over the past couple years because of the arguments we'd have about guns, to preserve our friendship.

    Welcome to reality little brother.

This photo was about his 6th shot on my clubs table trap range, his first he closed his eyes and flinched. This was his first time ever shooting a gun of any kind. The only reason we stopped shooting today was his arms got tired.

I gotta give him credit, when he asked about doing this first thing he said was he was wrong. When he getting ready for the first shot I could still see the fear of guns he developed. We used to have some pretty heated discussions on the subject, he almost word for word spouted anti gun liberal crap. Now he's excited about it. He also realizes how ridiculous NJ laws are.

Awesome! I have a left leaning progressive liberal friend that THOUGHT nobody should own guns until he did the same thing your little bro did, but with ak's
and ar's and a boat load of other cool weapons..
He just went to delco shooter supply to purchase a pistol.
He was denied. He filled out the form and sent it in to see why.
I had to chuckle a little though, and told him see, the laws DO work.

Nicely done. With any luck he will begin to question other things that he has been told to believe by the liberal brainwashers.

Yea, little bro is seeing how much he was wrong in the whole gun area. When I told him about differences in NJ law and PA law concerning firearms he said, "why aren't they universal?" Imagine that.

I asked him that, but both he and his wife have good steady jobs so they're not going anywhere anytime soon. Commuting isn't an opinion, they live near Cape May. Who knows, as he visits a few more times learns and tries other things .....

He's already seeing things are as the media says they are, a point I drove home several times.

My little brother still lives in NJ as well. I took him shooting once...once.. about 19 years ago. He shot about 12 rounds and said "this isn't for me".

Congrats for teaching him the ways of the Jedi.
