    My Glock's back plate has The Punisher on it. It would be fun to watch some attorney get slammed for offering speculation as to my mindset based on it.

    Yes. Apparently sometimes a highly motivated recruit gets themselves in trouble before they are sworn in.

    Since they are not MPO qualified until the end, they don't want them playing cop, until the end.

    Many years ago we were sworn in at the beginning. Even got a badge, but no gun till after the second week of range training.

    Our employer let us keep our permits for the academy duration.

    I would have to laugh if someone was denied a LTCF in Philly and then accepted into the Academy a month later.
