While I generally agree with the message, I believe that the implementation of the proposed action is not so easy as he wants us to believe. I have no legal expertise, but I do believe that LEOs cannot just start searching people who might or might not have guns on their person or in their possession. I think it is the 4th amendment that protects all of us from illegal searches of our person or premises. So while LEOs might know who is a criminal, they cannot without warrant or cause just arrest or search a person. So the NRA suggestion that thousands of people would be arrested in a few days if existing gun laws were enforced seem to a stretch to me.

Do not get me wrong. I would love to see that happen. However, if the LEOs violate 4th amendment rights today what is to stop them from violating 2nd amendment rights tomorrow. It's dilemma.

The 4th amendment and probably cause? That is so arbitrary, LEO sees you blink and it's probably cause. ;-)

No doubt o-hole is busy figuring-out a way to put Wayne and the rest of us on a massively-expanded terror watch list so he can relieve us of our 2nd amendment rights in one fell swoop with no due process.

Sure, in an ideal world. Not being cynical or argumentative by the way, just seen it happen and thank God not me.
