We have had a couple of dwarf delicious apple trees in the yard for the past 3 or 4 years. Although they are small trees, this is the first year they have produced a decent crop of apples. Anybody tell me when they are generally considered ready to eat here in the Somerset county area? They look just like regular delicious apples in color, etc., but are only about 3" diameter. Guess I could just eat one, but the trees are small and my wife doesn't want to pick any unless they are ready.
