Help Identifying A Leather Gun Belt/Sling??

I received this in a lot of holsters and slings I had purchased, and am not positive as to what it is. It is made by Champions Choice in Nashville and that is the only marking on it. It is all leather and the back of the wider part has some sort of rubber material to help grip better. If someone can help me with what it is, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

That's not a holster, it's an Amish blindfold of exceptional quality craftsmanship. Add a second strap and it can be used as a chastity belt. The length of the straps would indicate it is for use on a particularly robust farm woman, or a plough mule. If only we had an Amish person here to elaborate.

Just kidding, looks like a shoulder holster that is missing a couple parts.
