Default No Gun Signs near Scranton

Does anybody have a list, or at least point me to a list, of businesses that have the signage prohibiting guns in and around the Scranton area? Just curious.

    Thanks

Only places I've noticed are hospitals and DMV.

Ditto on the hospitals and DMV buildings. I have not seen any no gun signs in several Wells Fargo banks recently. I went to a Wells Fargo Bank on Wyoming Avenue in northeast Philadelphia. It was an interesting and different experience getting from the front door to the teller!
    ...and they have a plan...

Thanks for the Friend or Foe site. I signed up.

My reason for asking is, I took my family to the movies yesterday at Dickson City IMAX and there are two signs. One sign indicates that they may check any bag. The other sign is posted at the ticketbox window that indicates no firearms allowed in theatre (red circle with line through gun).

Westmoreland County and NE Philly are nowhere near Scranton.

The movie theater in Dickson City does have them. So does Cinemark in Moosic. With the signage not having the force of law, I do CC at both theaters when I go to the movies with my family. SR9c IWB @ 5 o'clock...never had a problem.

The Viewmont Mall has them. So does the Steamtown Mall in downtown Scranton...like the movie theaters, I still CC at the malls.

Obviously, the casinos (Mt. Airy and Mohegan Sun) have them. I don't carry when I go to the casinos.

On the other side of the coin, BAM is gun friendly. I have a rather anti-gun friend who frequented this book store. The one time he was there, he saw a guy open carrying. He reported it to the manager. The manager's response, "Yeah, what do you want me to do about it? It's legal for him to carry." This friend no longer goes there. On the other hand, since his telling me this story, I make a point of buying all my books and magazines at BAM.

FMJMom took the grandkids to the movies a few weeks ago, and the ticket taker asked if he could look through her purse. I already felt bad for the kid at this point of the story.

She asked him why, and if he was looking for guns? He said yes. Then she asked him what he would do if he found one, and did his mother know that the theater was putting his life in danger for minimum wage? Do they provide security for the patrons since they want to take away thier right to defend themselves?

She was incredulous that the management would put kids in that position, and felt bad for reducing him to a studdering idiot. She also didn't understand what good it does looking for guns in her purse when she has hers on her hip.
