Must you renew a PA LTCF in county of residence?

If you are already a PA LTCF holder, can you renew anywhere in the state, or do you have to renew in your county of residence at the time of renewal? My last LTCF was renewed in Westmoreland, but since then I moved back into Allegheny County. Updated my LTCF address in the system, driver's license as well obviously, but can I renew if I am out and about in Westmoreland County at one of the scheduled satellite locations if I am in the area when they are?

This post explains the extent of my knowledge:

I was able to apply for a LCTF years ago when I moved here as a Iliinois resident with a FOID card. I was told that once I established residence that I should go to my county I reside in and renew that way when time was up. I plan on getting a resident permit tomorrow so that I can carry in some states which do not allow PA non-resident carry.
