CORE 15 Dodging Calls?

Using the number on this page 352-401-9070 puts me in a loop with their menu system. I eventually got through to their warranty department, but it says that I can't leave a message at this time and ends the call. Are these guys still in business? I'm trying to get someone to speak with me about a no-gas or under-gas problem I'm having with one of their rifles.
