First time seeing 2 open carriers, does this count?
So I stopped by a local farm just up the street from my house to buy some organic eggs. As I pulled in I was greeted by 2 younger guys, maybe 30-40. Both were open carrying, I think one had a glock. I have NY license plates on my car so he asked, "you from the city?", I said I have a home here but work in NY. He saw me look at his glock but I didn't bring it up. I asked for some eggs, he got me some that were just laid maybe a few minutes ago, shook my hand. I stayed for another 5-10 minutes just to look at the roosters he had. Then I left, both were very cool, very nice people. Does this count as spotting an open carrier being that it was on their property?

He got you some special eggs alright, New Yawka.
No, it doesn't count. It's still notable and post worthy. And I would chuck those eggs.
