OC'ing while simply waiting in line - probably not a threat

Completely illegal!! There are still those of us arguing with PenDot behind the scenes. All leased facilities were posted, illegally by PennDot, but their lawyer plays dumb very well! They claim that the property owners' consenting to Penndot's posting of the leased spaces is akin to the owner's posting their property. Nice try, but not even close! Right now it's tough to deal with the AG's office until the Kane gets the mess sorted, and I've been busy with work, but if the AG refuses to take action we've got a backup plan!

This is true. Studies have shown that most robbers and mass shooters do not wait in line.

That's not very polite, not waiting their turn.

And thank you for your efforts on this again. I was going mention something about this, but I wasn't quite sure where you were at with it now.

I would seem to me that if the Penn Dot lawyers are slow walking it, they know they are on the short end of the stick and are hoping you will give up and go away. Not to mention the longer they drag it out the more money they make.

I used to think it was a camera. I later realized (I think someone else mentioned it in a thread) that it's a mug, it's just been turned on its side. Notice how the slash goes the other way compared to the rest of the set. So "no liquids" or "no food or drink" or something like that.
I am not a lawyer. Nothing I say or write is legal advice.

We could take it to the PA Supreme Court. We will surely prevail there.

Our DMV has a no guns sign in front before you even enter. This is the Beaver Falls/Chippewa DMV. Dang communists.
